Insight into rental income potential:
The main season runs from 1st May till mid October giving a potential of 168 nights.
Between them the studios currently earn £270 per night and we normally achieve around 70-80% occupancy.
If the main apartment in the villa was also rented out it should earn around £240 – £270 per night. There would be some management costs with this option but we choose to live in the villa and manage the studios ourselves.
Kefalonia is becoming an increasingly popular destination and demand for accommodation will continue to rise, particularly in the more exclusive hot spots such as Assos.
