The modern and minimilist studio is situated on the upper level. Cleverly designed to feel extremely spacious.
The living area comprises of table,chairs,tv,sofa. There are large glass doors that open onto a large balcony that has a dining table and chairs.
Set back from the living area is the sleeping quarters, consisting of a double bed and plenty of shelving. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, dish washer and washing machine. A modern bathroom with a rain shower leads off the kitchen.
The studio also has access to a large communal swimming pool and sundeck, lounging area.
