Next to the breakfast area is the large lounge with patio doors to a terrace with sitting area to enjoy the evening breeze and sunset over the Mar Menor.
Downstairs a very large ensuite double bedroom with seating area and patio doors.
Moving further downstairs, there is a second double bedroom with en-suite with bathtub with shower.
From the 2nd bedroom you may access another ensuite room with patio doors to the pool. This room is currently being used as an office.

The exterior of the villa is a fantastic space. The oval pool with a large terraced space with covered seating, barbecue and dining zones giving a very comfortable and relaxed feel. Outside has been designed for low-maintenance including artificial grass, a dry river bed is screened by shrubs. There is plenty of covered storage as well as a storeroom and trees giving a very comfortable and relaxing feel to the exterior.
La Manga Club is a gated residential complex. It has everything to offer from a variety of bars and restaurants to all amenities including pharmacies, supermarkets, gym, leisure areas, tennis courts and golf courses. Only a 10 minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Region of Murcia. A 20 minute drive to the city of Cartagena and a 40 minute drive to the nearest airport.
