This property is located in Tiscamanita, a lovely agricultural village in the quiet centre of the island. Tiscamanita is known for its mill museum (Centro de Interpretación de los Molinos). The central town of Tuineje is only 4 km away. Various beaches can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
The main house of the finca and the garden are, just like the current owners, getting on in years and are looking for someone who will revive the old splendour with love and commitment.
The house has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a spacious courtyard with an underground water reservoir. There are also various stable annexes and walled-off planting areas, e.g. for your own vegetables.
Although the house has not been lived in for several years, it has been kept in good order on site. Depending on one's own requirements, the house may be considered as merely in need of renovation or as the basis for a generous complete renovation for an exclusive estate.

The municipality of Tuineje is located on the south-east coast of Fuerteventura and was formed by the following villages: Gran Tarajal, Tarajalejo, Tesejerague, Tuineje, Las Playitas,Giniginamar, Tiscamanita, Juan Gopar, Teguital and Las Casitas.
Tuineje does not benefit from the island's tourism and has retained its original character in many respects. The areas around Tarajalejo, Gran Tarajal and Giniginamar are popular for expatriates.
Gran Tarajal is home to a relevant ferry port that connects with the other Canary Islands.
