The lounge is equipped with a fireplace with a heat Recuperador which is also connected to the central heating through radiators (it should be noted that there is also an immersion heater that can be switched over if not using Recuperador). In addition there are also solar panels providing hot water, the house is equipped with a number of heating options. The layout of the downstairs would lend itself to ground floor living.

From the hallway next to the kitchen is the right handed staircase to the first floor where you arrive at the open space to the right. This space is currently used for storage but could provide additional bedroom, reading or playroom as required. In this roof space you will also find a small room housing the hot water tank and storage.

To the left is the entrance to a huge master suite with a nicely done, good size ensuite shower room on the left. There is open space on the entrance to the bedroom which provides good storage. A couple of steps providing architectural character open out into what can only be described as a huge master bedroom with wood finished vaulted ceiling. The bedroom is light filled from large sliding doors to a private balcony with stone balustrade, south facing, overlooking the garden and provides a peaceful spot for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Outside, the house benefits from a large sheltered double carport to the side of the house and gated access to the rear terrace. The large tiled terrace with stone balustrade provides an excellent space for dining or entertaining and runs the full length of the house with peaceful views over the garden and open view beyond. From the terrace you can also admire the beautiful wooden shutters to the house. The terrace can be accessed from the kitchen or lounge. Beyond the terrace is a nice, flat manageable garden with a gorgeous pine tree to admire and a number of fruit trees

Overall, this is an excellent family house with character and good access that could provide a number of living style options.
