The bedroom and the living room has brand new blinds and sliding windows/doors which help cut out sunlight completely for a good nights rest, allows a nice breeze to flow though the apartment during the day and provides security. The bedroom is a good size and can fit a king size bed quite easily with a 4 door wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin, toilet and a washing machine which is included in the sale. The kitchen has good quality named brand appliances boiler, fridge/freezer, electric hotplates and extractor fan. The dining table can fit 6 people comfortably and the sofa is also a sofabed. It is located on the Fuerteventura Park complex which has swimming pools, a bar and restaurant surrounded by gardens with flowers, palm trees and cactus. The complex is located at the entrance of Costa de Antigua. Costa de Antigua is quiet and relaxed compared the it´s neighbouring Caleta which is can be reached within 15 minutes and has a beautiful coastal walk which stretches into caleta and Costa de Golf areas. If you want a taxi instead, it will only cost you €3. It is a mixture of local residents and long-term holiday makers. It is only a 10 minute walk also to the main supermarkets of Mercadona, Lidl also. It is within a few minutes walk of the local shops, bars and restaurants. There are only 2 hotels in this area.

The airport can be reached within 15 minutes. Puerto del Rosario (the main City of the island) can be reached within 20 minutes too. Costa de Antigua is smack bang in the middle of the Island so makes it a great location to explore North and South easily.
