Penthouse Apartment
The entrance is on the Second Floor. There are stairs up to the apartment and also a private elevator.

The entrance is into the Hall with the Kitchen to the left.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a breakfast bar. There is a fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, and overhead stainless steel extractor. There is a double sink and dishwasher built in.

Right off the hall is a large cupboard housing a washing machine with extra storage.

Also to the right is a powder room.

The living /dining room is open-plan and has a ceiling fan. The balcony runs the full width of the apartment, with a view of the pool, gardens, and waterfront aspect.

To the left of the living room is a hall that leads on the right, to a twin bedroom with fitted cupboards, A/C, and a ceiling fan. The ensuite has a twin vanity, a bidet, w.c., and a large shower. Left off the hall is a mirror image of the twin bedroom with ensuite. Both bedrooms have balconies.

Along the hall to the right is a king bedroom with an A/C and ceiling fan. Walk-through closets lead to the ensuite bathroom with shower, w.c. bidet and twin vanity.

There is also an office with a small balcony off the hall.

Upstairs is another king-sized bedroom with a balcony, vaulted ceilings, A/C, and a ceiling fan. The very large ensuite has a shower, separate twin vanity, Jacuzzi tub, hidden bidet, and w.c. Plus A/C.
