There is no risk of any clothing ever being required upon community residents, anywhere within the extensive and paradisiacal co-owned gardens: social nudism is established & secure. New recognition of legal errors in its foundational statutes give an unparallelled opportunity for Costa Natura to evolve from a nudist holiday venue into a holistic, naturist, social reality.
Apartments 190 & 184:
2 x prime location, beachfront, ground level properties, each of 31.7m² internal space and 10.55m² of private-owned terrace are currently combined into one - with marble floor throughout - and could be further enlarged to provide up to 100m² of internal living space by extension into vacant basement space and/or they could revert to the two constituent dwellings (often described as the best-located dwellings in the community, of total 193 units). An immediately adjacent 31.7m² unit is currently advertised for sale - by another owner - at a price of €235,000; that adjacent unit could also potentially be combined with these properties to create an exceptionally magnificent, luxury property in the best location of the community.
Apartment 166:
