The buildings are aligned on the plot creating private spaces between both phases; it will have two community pools, one for Building one and another for the set of Buildings 2 and 3, and large common outdoor areas. The project has pedestrian access through two urbanised roads and road access to each building through another subsequent road.
In this phase, the parking floor is located in the basement, as well as some of the storage rooms of the houses and five houses are located on the ground floor with the rest of the storage rooms and the access portal of the building.
The project offers homes with one, two and three bedrooms, arranged on three floors and an attic. Each home has large terraces; the homes on the attic floor have large private terraces with views of three facades of the building and a pergola, and the ground floor homes have an additional garden area for private use.
