Description complète

The two storey property has a split level design which has divided the rooms over 4 levels with a solarium at the top of the building.

The entrance hall gives the first indication of the unusual design with short open staircase rungs between which you get a glimpse of the first floor and also the lower level of the ground floor.

Moving to the lower level of the ground floor you find the large living room with patio doors that open on to a pergola covered terrace, private garden and the golf course beyond.

Returning up and towards the entrance hall there is a dining area with double height ceiling to the left, a kitchen with separate utility room and guest wc.

Climbing the first rung of 8 stairs you arrive at the first of the two double bedrooms, both of which have large fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

Adjacent to the first bedroom is the bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and basin set in a marble top counter. Natural light enters the bathroom via a louvre window from the partly second double height room in the house.

Ascending the next short flight of stairs there the second bedroom that is presented as a twin. From the landing area you can look down to the dining area below.

Passing up the final few stairs there is a roof top solarium with views of the 8th fairway and green. The private solarium has room for sun loungers and also drying washing.

Also included in the sale is a designated underground parking space and an 8.51m² secure storeroom.

The final parts to this listing are the communal swimming and children´s pools with gardens and padel court.

The Palmera urbanization is largely borded by the 8th and 9th holes of the 18 hole par 71 golf course designed by José Canales in 2003 which has conserved the natural desert environment.

On Valle del Este there is a commercial centre with a selection of restaurants including a very popular Thai themed one, a Spanish owned restaurant and tapas bar, and an English owned establishment that caters on a more British menu and has a pool table and evening entertainment in the higher season.

There is also a small supermarket and hairdressers in the commercial centre and during the summer season more “Chiringuito” style bars open.

The Valle del Este hotel has a spa and gym, and also two restaurants and a snack bar for food during the day and occasional entertainment and events.

The nearest town to Valle del Este is Vera, a busy business town with a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as the weekly Saturday street market; one of the largest in the area.

Other local towns worth a visit include Mojácar, where history says Walt Disney was born. Here you will find the beach resort with kilometres of beaches, bars and restaurants; and then going inland a little and up the mountain you find the “Pueblo” or old town with its narrow white washed streets and its panoramic viewing platform.

Add to your list Garrucha, a traditional fishing town; inland towns such as Bédar; the Spaghetti Western locations of Sorbas and you haven’t even scratched the surface of this amazing area of Andalucía.

Valle del Este is located off the A7/E15 motorway, the arterial road through Spain making airport transfers 50 minutes to Almería, 80 minutes to Murcia and 2 hours to Alicante.
