Located in a beautiful natural setting in the central area of Pegeia of Paphos district, the project consists of 37 two-story, 3-bedroom villas.
The emphasis of the project was to use the plot as best as possible to create villas with maximum views while being able to maintain both spacious living areas and generous outdoor areas. To respond to the challenge, 37 unique villas were designed in this development, each with a private pool. The exterior of the Villas showcases a refined material palette with a mixture of textures such as stone, wood, and glass, blending with their green surroundings and achieving a natural look and feel. As dominant in the entire project, the view is of priority and each villa has been designed to make the best of the geographical advantages of the area: the private pool, the balconies, and terraces, all increase the contact with nature while enjoying the calming views of the bay and the city.
