The plot is on two levels. We enter the house from the ground level where there is kitchen and a living room. An internal staircase leads to the lower level, where there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From each bedroom there is an access to the pool and garden area.

The house features an autonomous oil heating system with radiators, double glazed windows with shutters, solar water heater, electrical appliances and ceramic tiles. Outside there is a BBQ and a storage shed.

The property is located 9 km Chania and 23 km from the airport. The nearest beach is within 2 km.

Stalos is located 7km west of Chania, between Kalamaki and Agia Marina. It is well developed and attracts a large number of visitors each summer. Kato Stalos, which is the coastal part of the wider area called Stalos, has a fantastic sandy beach. The beach is very well organized and provides any required touristic services, therefore the beach is awarded every year with the blue flag. Located 150m to the south, Pano Stalos is a beautiful traditional village, surrounded by green hills and amazing formations of rocks.

Stalos is an ideal place to stay for holiday. It is close to the city of Chania and offers all necessary services to its visitors. There are also regular bus services to the city of Chania.
