Lasa is a village in Paphos that is located 2 km west of Fyti, these villages neighbors are Drimou, Simou, Fyti and Milia. The name Lasa stems from the high altitude that it is situated in. It is 600m above sea level which means that it is a few degrees cooler than that of the surrounding mountain communities. Situated in an elevated position which allows the property to enjoy fantastic views to the sea and the mountainside across Paphos.
The accommodation features an open and spacious living room with a log burning fireplace and high ceilings creating a spacious atmosphere. In addition to the open fire place there is also central heating which is perfect for cold winter nights. A few steps up is the dining area which flows into the lounge area. To the right, a doorway leads through to the separate kitchen area, here there is a lot of space for storage and plenty of base and wall units. Further into the bungalow you are met with two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom also has access through the patio doors onto the covered veranda. The master and the second bedroom each have their own bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the right side of the bungalow and has its own entrance. This guest bedroom is ideal to use for housing guests or even renting it out long term. 
Double patio doors from the lounge and dining area give access to a full width veranda. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee with your loved one while enjoying the serene settings and calm atmosphere that the mountainside creates. The outside space offers a variety of seating areas and a tiered garden where there are trees, shrubs and flowers.
Another feature of this property is that the roof is insulated which means it is warm during the winter time and cooler during the summer time.
