The house enjoys unobstructed vistas of the Patraic Gulf and the surrounding countryside. It offers privacy, yet it is closely located to the bustling city of Patras, and the Rio-Antirio bridge, and thus offers easy road access to all of Peloponesse and the southern part of central Greece.



Developed over two floors and 126 sqm, there is a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and one WC. It is furnished and includes all kitchen and bathroom furnishings and equipment, as well as all tools necessary for the upkeep of the garden. All windows and frames are aluminium, fitted with fly screens and electric blinds. Originally built in 1997, the house was renovated in 2007.

The city of Patras is the third largest city in Greece. Known as Greece's gateway to the west, the city's port has scheduled and regular ferry-boat connections to Italy. It is also home to three public universities and a technological research and innovation centre. A visit to its Archaeological Museum, whose exhibits span the Mycenaean to the late Roman era is a must, as is a visit to the Mycenaean cemetery of Voudeni and the Roman Odeon.
