The access is along tarmac roads with the exception of a short uneven part as you climb high up.
You enter by remote-controlled gates along a beautiful driveway that opens up to the Villa and parking. The first thing you notice is the peace and tranquillity, yet this is not remote as there are neighbours, but you are completely unaware of them when you are at the Villa.
Up a few steps, you are on the terrace of a private swimming pool and a terrace that offers different areas to sunbathe and relax. The pool has a pump house to keep the pump and filter discreetly out of sight. There is a gate to the left that opens up to a garden with a play area for children and loads of garden areas to relax in, from there you can access the mountains to the rear if you fancy some hiking.
To the rear of the property, there is another lovely terrace with a shaded area and access to the Villa and to the Summer Kitchen and the greenhouse.

Why Sax?
Sax is so popular because it is far enough inland to be “inland”, yet it is only 30 minutes to Alicante Airport and 35 minutes to the beach, by rail and coach from Alicante so you can go to the beach and not have to take your car, and now we are only 15 minutes away from the AVE station at Villena. The AVE is the high-speed train from Alicante to Madrid. It has a 13th-century castle and there are streets full of restaurants, bars, and cafes. It has various supermarkets, there is a Carrefour 5 minutes’ drive away within a shopping mall complex that has two cinemas one of which is showing films in English with Spanish subtitles.
Sax has four primary schools, a secondary school and various nurseries served wonderfully well with schools, a Health Centre with a 24/7 Emergency Walk/In Centre. Ten minutes away in Elda University Hospital.
