San Miguel de Salinas is a quaint traditional Spanish village located on the Costa Blanca South. Many foreigners are attracted to settle here rather than the beach resorts such as Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja. 

Torrevieja beach is less than 10 minutes drive away by car with its long wooden pier and bustling promenade of tapas bars, restaurants and some of the best nightlife. Torrevieja also has two water parks Aquopolis and Aqua Park Flamingo which are open during the summer months only, late May until the end of September.  There are a good number of golf courses in the surrounding area to name but a few are Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas, all less than fifteen minute’s drive away. 

Market day in San Miguel de Salinas is on Wednesdays where the locals and holidaymakers purchase fresh fruit and vegetables. There is also the Phoenix International School near by, which has been established since 2001.

The property is only two minutes from the AP7 motorway and you have the choice of two airports one is Alicante which is only 40 minutes away and Murcia Airport 30 minutes away.
