The residence for the elderly will be located in a prestigious area, in the center of the Valadares district, municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia.

The residential agglomeration is high, so it denotes the same variety of commercial activities (banks, cafes, restaurants, stores, clinics, schools, etc.).
The plot meets the conditions for the creation of a residential home for the elderly set out in Article 15 of Decree No. 67/2012 of March 21 of the Ministry of Solidarity and Social Security.
