The communal facilities are excellently maintained. One of the pools is heated and open all year round. The location is excellent – 20-minute walk to Duquesa Port with its cafés, bars and amenities and some of Manilva’s most fabulous beaches. La Duquesa is only 30 minutes from Gibraltar and one hour away from Málaga – both have international airports.
La Duquesa is split into 2 distinctive areas, Puerto de la Duquesa and Castillo de la Duquesa. Puerto de la Duquesa is a picturesque marina and is one of the best ports on the Costa del Sol. It is surrounded by apartments, bars, cafes, restaurants and nightclubs. Unlike Puerto Banus, Duquesa port is more family orientated and has very little pretention. The port is enjoyed throughout the day from serving breakfasts and light lunches and offering numerous trips and adventures out at sea before becoming the main focus in Manilva for nightlife.
