From the entrance hallway there are stairs down to the lower level which is poolside. Here you will find the main lounge, a guest bedroom and a bathroom.

The air-conditioned lounge is a good size and offers a bright interior with windows on side aspect and windows/patio door on the front aspect. It comes furnished with high quality sofas which seat the whole family to include two large sofas and a large armchair sofa.

The guest bedroom is spacious with a bedroom area plus a separate sofa area (sofa bed settee)

The family bathroom has shower cubicle, wall mounted wash hand basin and low level wc. There is an extractor fan rather than window.

Overall, a great property which would be an excellent and most comfortable choice for families, offering well laid out rooms and in a great location and with good outdoor living space.

Outside there is a private swimming pool (with ladder steps) and with poolside shower, walled gardens and gated off road parking, The garden has some mature plantings which include palm trees, banana trees, vibrant begonvillea and oleanders.
