Benijofar and Benimar are located to the north-west of Torrevieja and to the south-west of the capital, Alicante. Benijofar is a small village with over 4,000 residents. Meanwhile, the significantly larger town of Rojales neighbours Benijofar along the glistening banks of the river Segura. Market day takes place near the church on a Tuesday in Benijofar and is a very colourful experience and on a Friday on the playground area next door to Hamilton’s Bakers/Cafe
