A shared staircase leads to the main entrance of the apartment, as you enter the apartment there is a good sized lounge/dining room. The room can easily accommodate a dining table for 4 as well as a family sized sofa, leading from the living area there are French windows taking you on to a small private terrace which is South facing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

There three bedrooms, a master, double and single, the master and double, both of which have fitted wardrobes, and the single bedroom has a separate stand alone wardrobe.  The bathroom is spacious and features a good sized walk in shower, with wash basin and toilet. 

Opposite the living room is an independent kitchen with electric oven and hob and plenty of cupboard space.

The shared stairs also lead up to a spacious private solarium which benefits from additional storage.  The solarium offers fantastic views of the area down to Torrevieja and the salt lakes and is an ideal location for enjoying the Spanish weather, relaxing with a glass of wine, or eating meals al-fresco.

The community pool is very large and is in a gated area with only residents able to gain access, there is a wide stair entrance to the pool for ease of use for anyone with mobility issues, the baby pool is also attached to the main pool.  Both pools are surrounded by natural grass and ample shaded areas all of which are maintained to a superb condition.

There are a number of restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets within walking distance of the property, the golden sandy beaches of Torrevieja are no more than 10 minutes away by car, with Alicante airport is no more than 45 minutes by car.
