The villa has two street level entrances one being for vehicle access via a metal ornamental sliding gate on to the driveway laid mainly of shale enough space for two cars, The other being a single ornamental pedestrian gate access Steppingstones lead across the gravel to the right is access to the driveway, following the shale pathway leading to the front of the villa and pool area. Via the steps leading to the covered terrace with views overlooking the pool and mature garden.
The traditional Spanish wooden front door with security reja opens directly into a beautiful spacious living room and dining area. The living room is bright. There are three windows with insect screens and blackout blinds allowing the natural light to flood in with a log burner set in a feature fireplace with two ceiling fans.
A decorative arch lead from the living room into the kitchen, with a good range of base and wall mounted units, an electric oven and gas hob, stainless steel sink, washing machine, and fridge freezer. In the corner of the kitchen the partially glazed rear door leads to the garden at the side of the Villa.
