The property is located at the top of Agua Amarga’s western slope with beautiful views over the village, the sea, the beach and the surrounding mountains. It consists of a main house and a separate guesthouse. The beach is just some 150 m away.
The main house has a living area of 240 sqm and a garage of 100 sqm. On the entrance level, there is a large entrance hall with guest toilet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a room that is currently used as TV room/additional bedroom. On the first floor, there is an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. The tailor-made kitchen island is made by the prestigious French company Bonnet. The kitchen has a practical direct access to the pool area. The second floor holds the master bedroom with majestic views and two large terraces.

The guest house consists of two floors and has a living area of 120 sqm. On the entrance level, there are two double bedrooms, one small single bedroom and two bathrooms. The first floor consists of kitchen, dining area and living room as well as a separate terrace, which is connected to the pool area.

The pool area with its heated pool of 13x6 m, is located on the first floor between the main house and the guest house. It includes approximately 300 sqm of sun decks and terraces, outdoor dining with barbeque, toilet and a shower.

The private gym, which is fully equipped, is located right by the pool for easy access.

Agua Amarga

A hidden oasis known mainly to Spanish cognoscenti, it is the sunniest area in Europe and enjoys a microclimate that provides exceptional weather conditions throughout the year.

Since hi-rise buildings are forbidden by law, the village retains its original fishing pueblo feel: a shady little square in its nucleus, a wonderful beach, small bars and shops and a number of restaurants.
