The villa is located above Kalamar Bay, within walking distance of the Kalamar Beach Club, local bars, shops and restaurants. Kalkan centre, harbour and town beach are approximately a 2-minute drive away (or a 15-20 minute walk downhill).
The layout is arranged over three floors as follows:
Ground floor:
The open plan living area contains a well-equipped kitchen that features an island with electric hob. A water cooler, fridge freezer, built in oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle are also provided. The dining area seats 8 guests and the lounge area has a large L-shaped sofa with a large oval coffee table, flat screen TV.
Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.
There is also a cloak room and W/C on this level.
First floor:
Bedroom 1 – A double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room. Sea view balcony with table and chairs.
Bedroom 2 – A double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room. Sea view balcony with table and chairs.
Bedroom 3 – A twin bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room. Juliette balcony.
A washing machine, drier, ironing board and iron can be found in a cupboard on the landing.
Second floor:
Bedroom 4 – A double bedroom with TV, en-suite shower room and access to the villa’s roof terrace. This has far-reaching views and is equipped with bar area (with fridge and sink) and a comfortable seating set.
Outside the villa:
Infinity-edged swimming pool with ladder access, a Jacuzzi section and a shallow area.
The pool terrace is also home to a shaded al-fresco dining area plus a BBQ and plenty of sun-loungers, parasols and comfortable seating.
There is also table tennis and table football available along with a poolside shower.
