From a pretty covered terrace area, the front door leads into a hallway which is open to the ceiling of the upper level, with a staircase to the right. To the left, a door leads into the very pretty kitchen, in rustic style with a hatch for passing food from the kitchen to the dining area beyond. To the right and under the stairway, is a door into Bedroom 1, a spacious and comfortable room with beautiful built-in wardrobe and a pretty ensuite shower room.

From the hall, straight ahead leads into the magnificent living / dining room. This stunning room is once again, like the hall, open to the upper level in an open, atrium fashion with a gallery above on the upper floor overlooking the living area. A pretty open fireplace with a traditional woodburner installed within it, is central to the living area, whilst the dining area, nearest the kitchen, is large enough for a very large table and enjoys views from the double wooden patio doors out to the garden. There are many beautiful features in this room (as there are throughout the house) such as 17th Century restored wooden cupboard doors set within the wall and thick beams.

To the far end of this room is a door leading into a little distribution area, separating Bedroom number 2, to the left (with beautiful views over the garden), and the second shower room (straight ahead). To the right, a door leads into a long, and useful store room (11m long) and from here is access outside, to the outside kitchen/dining and barbeque area.

Returning to the main hallway, we take the open staircase up to a landing area, with a wide gallery corridor open to the living room below. A door to the right leads into Bedroom 3, with dressing area, ensuite shower room, and the bedroom with patio doors leading straight out to the rear terrace and pool. And to the far end of the gallery corridor is access to Bedroom 4 and ensuite shower room, in a similar setup and size and also with door to the outside.

From this area there is access to the two upstairs bedrooms, and a large rear dining terrace.

From the garden, wide steps lead to a secluded and very lovely, part shaded vegetable growing area. And further towards the entrance gate, a pretty path, lined with pine trees, leads down a slope to the rest of the land. The land is beautifully terraced and has 200 pine trees, 100 avocado trees, almond trees and many others and the entire plot is fully fenced.
