This large hilltop land is located approximately 600 meters north of Meljine beach.
The land consists of sloping cascades. It is divided into 28 parcels totaling 27.915sq m.

According to the existing active plan spatial and urban plan “Herceg Novi” cadastral parcels are planned as forest areas. Construction is not allowed.
According to the higher-order plan, ie special-purpose spatial plan for the coastal area of Montenegro, cadastral parcels are planned as forest areas, on which no construction is allowed, and areas of other agricultural lands, on which the construction of facilities in the function of agricultural production, ie processing, and distribution of agricultural products can be planned.

It is mainly rocky land, overgrown with trees and mid-rise Mediterranean vegetation.
