The property is situated between hills and valleys and, although the Autódromo do Algarve is only 1.3 km away, it is a very quiet area.

There are two beautiful lakes, approximately 10 meters deep.
Currently, the property has an initial approval from the Câmara de Monchique for a Paintball field, with an associated adventure area.
With the right licenses, it would be possible to have a Glamping area or a fishing vacation.
