The annex, the barn, is now used as a storage for garden tools and agricultural equipment; it could be converted into a beautiful two storey house with portico and loggia. The access property lane is flanked by high cypress trees. The two buildings are immersed in the green vegetation of tall trees with open views on the hills over the vineyards. The landscape is stunning with rolling hills and cypress trees and cool woodland areas. There are olive trees, chestnut woods and a small vineyard, as well as open meadows.
