Description complète

Wonderful traditional Tuscan farmhouse (325 sqm), with additional outbuilding (135 sqm), set in 4.5 hectares (approx 11 acres) of beautiful land on the sunny hills above the medieval town of Palaia in central Tuscany.

The property is entered through a covered loggia, ideal for 'al fresco' dining, through large double doors into an entrance hall; the living area is a generous double room with brick fireplace and dining area, separated by a Tuscan arch. The kitchen is in rustic style and comfortably holds a dining table and chairs, and is well-equipped with pizza oven and open fire and opens onto another panoramic loggia. There is a beautiful terrace for morning coffee to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the surroundings. Upstairs are four large double bedrooms, with open views and two bathrooms. The cantinas below the house offer ample storage and hold the old wine barrels.

Just a few steps up from the house is a large barn, on two levels. The annex, the barn, is now used as a storage for garden tools and agricultural equipment; it could be converted into a beautiful two storey house with portico and loggia. The access property lane is flanked by high cypress trees. The two buildings are immersed in the green vegetation of tall trees with open views on the hills over the vineyards. The landscape is stunning with rolling hills and cypress trees and cool woodland areas. There are olive trees, chestnut woods and a small vineyard, as well as open meadows.

All services are connected. There is good wifi and central heating. Easy car access and plentiful private parking.
