There are double glass doors with external shutters leading to the terrace.The house has broadband.The kitchen, which is the main double glass door entrance to the house has a gas and electric cooking range, dishwasher, dining table and four chairs, ample storage space and granite work tops.The adjoining utility room has more cupboard and drawer storage, an additional fridge freezer and a washing machine.The exterior has a very large flat terrace area part of which is semi enclosed with arch shaped windows where there is a table and chairs, ideal for breakfast or al fresco dining. The rest of the terrace is open and shaded by a large vine. The terrace is designed to take full advantage of the views of the foothills and distant sea. The house overlooks the verdant garden containing citrus, fig, pomegranate, plum, and apricot trees. The garden is fully irrigated with time switches.Access to the house is either through the garden and up a flight of stone stairs, or alongside the house on a sloping wide footpath through double wooden doors.At the front of the property there is a covered substantial double car port with a built in shed/workshop behind it.
