Location
Situated at the entrance of Benamocarra up a small hill it overlooks all of the mango and avocado plantations that roll down the hill towards the riverbed. In the distance, the Maroma looms over the Axarquía.
Benamocarra is a very typical Andalusian village built down the side of a mountain. It has several shops, bars and restaurants and there is always something to do.
About 10 mins from the town of Velez and about 15 from Torre del Mar and the coast. About 40 minutes from Malaga.
The house
The house itself is in a building that has been divided into two separate houses. This means that the building is shared with a neighbor, but they have their own front door, etc.
As you walk in, to the right you have a large and spacious livingroom that leads on to two bedrooms, one with a small balcony that overlooks the village. To the left from the entrance, there is the main bathroom, kitchen, and main bedroom.
Up the same flight of stairs used to get to the house, there is an extra floor with a shared terrace. Next to the terrace there is a large storage room, currently divided into two smaller rooms (3×3) and a private terrace (3×3). These rooms are directly above the main house and could be connected via some stairs.
