On the mountainside above Nissaki, this beautiful old stone building is one of few remaining in their original condition.
The building is divided into two parts, the old olive press, with some machinery remaining inside, and the house where the family who worked the press would have lived.
The olive press has fallen into a state of disrepair, and areas of the roof have collapsed, but the strong old stone walls remain intact, and there is plenty of space inside.
Connected to the olive press is the house, this is in good condition, and is occupied in the summer months. It has not been updated at all, and is like stepping back in time! The ceilings are high, there are wooden floorboards and lovely old doors and windows. At the moment there is a lounge, a kitchen, three bedrooms, an inner hallway, and a bathroom. Outside is the most beautiful stone flagged covered terrace, with sweeping views out to sea and to the mountainside on the other side of the valley.
Underneath most of the house is another large lower floor, with a stone arched entrance and windows to the side.
Surrounded by olive groves, and with more land available to buy if required, the property is fairly private, and there is access by road from two directions.
