Denise Grahame and Roger Denis met three years ago, and Denise soon joined Roger in falling in love with the Bretagne culture and lifestyle. Having now retired, they’ve moved out to Brittany and are renting in the area around the town of Callac. For their budget of £120,000 Laura Hamilton shows them five rural properties that will allow them to make the move full time.

Full of character, this farmhouse has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large sitting room. There's an additional room that could be used as another bedroom. Outside there's a garden, garage and two outbuildings. It is priced at €159,890 and the agents are Square Habitat.

In a rural location, these houses have six bedrooms between them. The main house has four, although the current owners use one as a living room. There's also a kitchen and separate dining room.
