Jasmine Harman and Laura Hamilton go head to head to help Sue and David Sherlock from Stockport. They want a fresh start with their daughter but can’t decide where to start their new adventure. David is championing the lake district, the place they married and close to his three grown-up daughters, but Sue wants a complete change and feels their future lies in the Dordogne region of France. Flying the flag for the home team Jasmine is given a budget of £730,000, but it’s going to be close as Laura tries to entice them across the English channel with three amazing properties in France up to £500,000.
