About Development

The complex also has 24hr manned security. The town of Guardamar with a population of just over 11,000 has historically played the role of guardian of the river Segura. Guardamar’s strategic position on a hill over the Vega Baja made it an ideal settlement for the various cultures that have inhabited this part of Spain over the centuries. Location

The idylic Spanish town of Los Montesinos is just a 5 minute drive away where more local facilities can be found. Both Murcia and Alicante airport are just 35 minutes away. The climate offers variations, but the temperatures are usually hot and humid in the summer with temps higher than 30c most days and then very mild and sometimes warm winters averaging around 17ºC in the day.
