All the decoration, both interior and exterior, in excellent taste and very well cared for, noting the dedication of those who take care of this place. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Icing on the cake... A delicious and very complete breakfast is served on the terrace... Freshly ground coffee beans, freshly squeezed orange juice and an omelette cooked to order. In addition to all this, which in itself makes this place one of those to repeat... and since we are people of details, we loved the small glass bottles where the shampoo and shower gel are placed, as well as the bag which is offered at the end of breakfast, so that there is no waste. For everything and these wonderful little details, we strongly recommend it! Thank you very much'

The property is located a short distance from the popular town of São Brás de Alportel, 25mins to the airport and 25-30 mins to the coast in all southerly directions including Olhao, Fuseta, Tavira to the east and Almancil, Faro and the Golden Triangle to the west.

The villa is split across 3 levels, which is excellent for accommodating your friends and family. The top floor entrance through the main front door leads you to a light, spacious, open plan modern kitchen and sitting room with log burner fire. The kitchen patio doors lead you to a terrace with fantastic south facing views of the sea and open countryside.

Down one flight of stairs you have 3 modern, spacious double bedrooms all with en-suites and air conditioning. There are built in wardrobes throughout with plenty of storage space. 2 of the bedrooms have private south facing terraces. Further access through the landing area takes you down to the outside via a path surrounded by fruit trees to a large patio which allows access to another 2 bedrooms with independent access, both with built in wardrobes and air conditioning. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower and bath. The final bedroom with en suite shower, sink and toilet was once the garage and sits attached to the property between the pool terrace and the car park.

There is a 10m x 6m pool with ample terracing for sun loungers, outdoor shower, entertaining area areas with comfy sofas and a built-in barbecue area.

Within the property all windows are double-glazed with shutters. The plot is entirely fenced and offers an entrance gate into a traditional Portuguese stone car park which can accommodate 4 5 vehicles.

The property is currently being run as a successful high-end bed and breakfast. All the furniture and fixtures and fittings are aesthetically beautiful and of high quality.
