The property has easy access off a tarmac road and has a private track that leads to the plot. It is only a few kilometres from the nearest town with a larger town and motorway at around 10 minutes drive.
A section of land around the house and terrace is fenced so the property is safe for dogs. You enter this part via a double gate and there is a paved driveway with two car-ports, and a garden shed.
A jasmine covered arch leads to a terrace that overlooks the olive grove covered valley and mountains opposite. This is a shady spot and has a fixed pergola for protection against the summer heat. The house has metal security bars and traditional wood windows with shutters.
Entering the house and to the right is a good sized fully fitted kitchen with double sink, quality granite worktops, gas hob/oven and a large walk-in pantry. There is plenty of room here for a dining table.
Also on this level is the shower room for the two downstairs bedrooms, this is a fully tiled room and has a fitting for a washing machine.
