The context

This beautiful villa is located in the municipality of Trappeto, a small village of just over 3,000 inhabitants, situated on the seafront between Palermo and Trapani. The village is very pretty and characteristic, its beaches and narrow streets are famous for having been the location for some Italian films. The fishing boats and the town promenade perfectly represent the typical Sicilian character.

If you leave the motorway at the Partinico tollbooth, take a well-paved country road that leads directly to the villa. The landscape is truly beautiful, the vegetation dense and lush, and the view of the sea accompanies you for long stretches along the road.

The area where the villa is located is a wonderful 150 metres from the sea. Around the property there are several villas, all with gardens, some of which are occupied all year round.

Description of the property

The property is externally in excellent condition, you can see that the owner has had, and has, a lot of attention to this house. Everything is well maintained and in good order.

The paving in front of the villa, the fence around the property, the walls, the pots and plants, everything is in excellent condition.
