The house is only a 2 minute walk to Burgau beach.

It has no condominium fees and is not part of a condominium.

It has four bedrooms spread over three floors connected by a beautiful, wooden, contemporary staircase. All of the bedrooms are large double. Two have air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms, which feature bath, shower, toilet, bidet and sinks. There is also another, a separate shower room with a toilet, bidet and sink on the ground floor.

On the bottom floor we have a large double bedroom, connected to what is currently used as a recording studio, but could be an office or a walk-in dressing room.

There is also a games room / Den with a pool table and a fully equipped bar with sink and tap and mood lighting. There are two patio doors opening onto the pool / garden area and outdoor lounge, sun loungers, BBQ kitchen and outdoor dining table. There’s is also a hidden space for washing rail bike/surfboard storage. The swimming pool and pump room have been fully serviced and in perfect working order. Towards the rear of the house there is a swimming pool, modern lounge area, barbecue kitchen area with dining table.

The garden is finished with a Bali style theme using raw stone, willow, tropical plants.

On the front ground floor there is a large, open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, with three sets of double doors and a balcony with views over the surrounding countryside and distant Monchique mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with both gas and electric hobs. There is also mood lighting at the top of the cabinets.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms walk in wardrobes. There are large balconies for both bedrooms facing east and west. One of which has an outdoor lounge area.

The whole house has just been professionally repainted and repaired with a 10 year warranty on work done. It is finished in a light grey and brilliant white. The gas has also been recently checked as has the electric and alarms.
Outside and to the front of the house there is a drive with gates for off-road parking for two cars. There is also a private, contemporary outdoor lounge seating area to the front of the property surrounded by tropical plants for privacy.
On the bottom floor there is a large, lockable storage room with plumbing for a washing machine.
