Agia Varvara is a wonderful area, away from any noise and traffic, the sea and sandy beach are only 200m from this village. The pretty fishing village of Sissi and the nightlife hot-spot of Malia are only a few minutes? drive.
The house is built on the side of a hill and enjoys the most pleasing, uninterrupted views of the sea and the mountains.
The house comprises;
an open plan living room/fitted kitchen with a large veranda which enjoys lovely country and sea views, a bathroom with bath tub, one double bedroom and one bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms share a large balcony with excellent views and access to the garden.
An external staircase leads up to the terrace and offers nice sea and mountain views.

The house is within walking distance to a sandy beach.
The international airport of Heraklion is only a 20 minute drive from Agia Varvara.
