The barn sits next to a charming little chapel in the mountain hamlet of Villarnard below the 3 Valleys ski resort in the commune of Courchevel, close to the world's largest ski domains, the 3 Valleys and Paradiski offering approximately 1000 km of well-maintained ski slopes, hiking and mountain biking trails to enjoy.
Villarnard is a small quaint and quiet hamlet surrounded by forest with a small year-round community. There are no shops or amenities, just peace and quiet and the sound of nature.
At the moment the hamlet is accessed by a hard-packed dirt piste which is kept clear in the winter of snow. The commune of Courchevel has announced its intention to start paving the road in September 2022. They also intend to connect the entire village with mains drainage in 2024.
The closest amenities are less than 5 km away including the ski lift in Brides-les-Bains.
