In detail
Entrance to the property is through a double gates which lead to a good sized block paved drive. Entrance from the property is through a side door or main front door.

The front entrance hall is very spacious with a single door leading off to the kitchen and double doors to the living room. The main front door leads to the front terrace area.
The dining kitchen features a range of base and wall units. The work surfaces incorporate a sink and drainer unit with taps over a gas hob with extractor fan over. The garden
To the front of the property is a huge garden and orchard area that would provide self sufficiency for growing vegetables and fruit. The orchard has a multitude of mature fruit trees planted including cherry, apple, walnut, fig, orange, lemon, lime, peach, plum, avocado and pomegranate.

Location
This lovely property is located very close to the wonderful Montejunto Mountains, an area of natural beauty. The Serra de Montejunto is a protected range. It rises to 2,185ft and is part of the Estremenho Limestone Massif. The area has many caves and prehistoric fossils. The lower slopes are mainly used for farming and higher on the mountains it is covered in a pine, chestnut and oak forest.

This whole area attracts many hikers and mountain bikers. It also attracts many individuals and groups who come to spot the more than 75 bird species that call this area home. The Salvé Rainha Viewpoint has views, on a clear day, that stretch all the way to the Berlengas Islands which are more than 30 miles away.

The closest main town is Cadaval which is part of the Municipality of Lisbon. The area has a residential population of approximately 15,000. Cadaval is a good sized town with many cafes, restaurants, schools, supermarkets, doctors, dentists, pharmacies and all other amenities you would expect from a town of this size. Cadaval is a 6 minute drive away.

Transportation links are close by giving access to all points north and south.

Lisbon International Airport is 50 minutes drive away.
