There is an open plan living/dining space and fully equipped kitchen. It is furnished throughout, and has been decorated to a very high standard. The Spanish Village has bars & restaurants and a shop, is a short walk to the Golf Club & Hotel.

As you pull up to the entrance of the Hacienda Del Alamo Golf & Spa Resort you will immediately feel a sense of luxury. Driving past the water fountains and along the main boulevard lined with palm trees it really is an uplifting feeling and, for so many buyers, they say they knew as soon as they drove on to the resort that it was, 'The One'....

The resort has been designed to optimise peace & tranquility. Set among the backdrop of the Sierra Espuña mountains, each area of the resort has been built to give owners as much privacy as possible. The detached villas in particular boast the most generous plot sizes in the region, with plot sizes reaching 1300m2

Recreation is available throughout the resort with the designated walking & cycling paths, the tennis courts, the padel courts, the Basketball Court, the bowling green & petanque. There is an onsite shop which offers a great selection of everything you could need for your stay. However, if you do want a larger supermarket, there are 3 in the local town, just 3K away from the main gate. Fuente Alamo is a vibrant & traditional Murcian town with a wide selection of restaurants & bars and it holds several spectacular fiestas a year. There are several schools in the area, including International Schools.

HDA is well positioned to enjoy the port of Mazarron beaches as well as the Beaches of the Mar Menor. There are options of quite idyllic coves as well as bustling lively beaches with activities, such as diving, jet skiing and packed with tapas bars & restaurants.

Within 30 minutes drive, you can be enjoying the café culture of Murcia City, or the historic streets of Cartagena. There are so many options on the door step of Hacienda Del Alamo, and it is easily serviced by the Regional Airport of Murcia, just 15 minutes from the front gate.
