Although located near to the AVE, the amazing 300km per hour high-speed train link from Alicante to Madrid the plot is screened and the train is hardly noticed. It was important to us to record on the video a section of 5-6 seconds, the time it takes for the train to pass so that you can hear and see in real-time how insignificant it is. We had to wait more than an hour at a point in the land closest to the AVE to take the video as the Alicante-Madrid train is the only train that uses the high-speed link.
The property is not remote and has neighbours but it is very private and tranquil. On the grounds, there is a BBQ area with a washing area, a carport for two cars, and naturally shaded areas.
What makes this property extra special is the Casita (the small house) on the land close to the Villa that would make a superb Guest House and already has water and electricity. With the cheaper labour costs, I would imagine that an investment of around 3-4,000€ would easily be enough to make a super Guest facility.
The Alicante region, and Sax, in particular, is so popular and has been for the last five years which has seen price increases yet this property is available for only 99,995€
