The village of Los Gallardos is a traditional Spanish village with all the day-to-day amenities available including a weekly market. It is a popular destination for Spanish and tourists alike for the annual Three Kings celebration and re-enactment in January and also the July fiesta. The village has received considerable funding to build a new health centre, school and sports facilities and a new cultural centre too.



Within a 10 to 15 minute drive you can be in the towns or beaches of Mojácar, Garrucha and Vera or up in the mountain village of Bédar. The A7/E15 is close by making travelling times to Almería, Murcia and Alicante airports 45, 80 and 120 minutes respectively.



Golfers have a varied selection of courses to choose from in the area including Marina Playa on the coast, the Arizona style course at Desert Springs and the Valle del Este with 4* Hotel & Spa just a few kilometres away.
