There are two entrances to the property the first being Vehicle access is via double low level metal gates, leading to paved driveway the other is via pedestrian entrance with a low-level iron gate leading you to a tiled path with low maintenance gardens to either side, which is laid to shale and planted with established colourful shrubs and plants.
The end of the path leads you to low level steps with decorative balustrade handrail, which gave you entrance into the sunny terrace.
The traditional wooden front door opens directly into the spacious lounge. Here you have two windows and blackout blinds overlook the terrace allowing the sunlight to flood in.
