Situated on a hill, by a country track not far from Rubite, this gorgeous little piece of history is crying out to be restored! Requiring complete renovation, Cortijo Mojonera could be converted into a rustic, but comfortable home with 2 bedrooms 1 (maybe 2) bathrooms, covered terrace and space for an above ground pool in front of the house that could be level with the terrace, overlooking the south facing views.

A driveway leads up to the house, with plenty of flat land immediately around the house to make into lovely gardens, with stunning, uninterrupted 360º views. The house is from the early 20th century, bursting of rustic original character and charm with sloping ceilings and beams, and a good roof.
