Restaurant:
The restaurant dining area has seating for thirty-six and is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning and heating system, music surround sound speakers and a fully equipped bar with wine cooler, soft drinks and beer fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, till, sink and storage shelves.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has a washing up area with sink and dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hand basin, large fridge, double sink, food chiller, grill, six ring gas cooker with oven, extractor fan, bain marie, salamander, double fat fryer, double sided plate warmer with overhead heater and shelf and plenty of storage and shelving.
Courtyard:
The private courtyard at the back of the restaurant has tastefully decorated ladies and gents toilets together with a staircase leading to a roof terrace. Under the staircase there is a storage room with boiler plus extra storage space. Another large storage room has two large freezers, a fridge and more shelving for storage. There is also another storage area with a double locker for staff and the gas boiler for the main house. The service door also accesses the gas bottle housing and the street behind where there is ample parking.
Roof Terrace:
The roof terrace is 150m2 and has a 360° spectacular view over the village and ocean. There is an option to either increase the restaurant capacity or create a lounge/bar area or to build another floor.
Townhouse:
The main house is accessed through the courtyard which has a small outside space. This leads into a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area with access to the main entrance of the house. There are also three double bedrooms with ceiling fans together with a shower room and bathroom. The windows at the front of the house are double glazed with electric shutters.
