A quaint, traditional house of the Marche region, nestled between grape vines grown to produce the famous Verdicchio wine.Starting our journey outside and driving to this house on the shared, private road you are welcomed by the grand oak tree which stands proudly in the garden and underneath it a spacious patio area, perfect for enjoying the summer evenings. In the front half of the garden, there are a variety of fruit trees,olive trees and a well-kept lawn. To the side of the house, there is a wood shed, which is currently being used to store garden tools. Carrying on the journey around to the back of the house, you are greeted with wide, open views across the valley and on a clear day, it is even possible to see the Adriatic Sea. There is a selection of well-maintained plants and shrubs, placed throughout the lawned garden. The garden also gives access to the outside bathroom and laundry room.


Moving on to the ground floor of the house, there is a spacious kitchen, dining and living room area with wonderful, wooden beams, exposed stone walls and tiled floors, finished to a high standard. A wood burning stove has been placed in the fireplace, which has been used to warm the house on cooler nights. Passing under the stairs, you come to the first of three bedrooms, a good sized double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom


Taking the stairs to the first floor, another large reception room can be found, it too with a wood burning stove and exposed beams. The reception room leads off unto two more double bedrooms, one of which has its own en-suite bathroom.
