Full Description

It's not every day that one of these properties comes to market, especially with a heated pool as well, this is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, detached villa in Sueno Azul, a residential area within Callao Salvaje with all of its bars, restaurants, shops and cafes as well as the fabulous volcanic sand beach which is about a 10 minute walk away.

Inside

Inside this 80m2 one level villa, you'll find 3 double bedrooms, all having en-suite bathrooms, an American style open concept kitchen, a lounge large enough for a couple of sofas as well as a dining area set aside and sliding doors that lead outside to the wrap around terrace.

Outside

The villa is built on a plot of 225m2 and has a small, easily worked garden and a heated swimming pool. The terrace will get sun pretty much all day.

Sueno Azul - The Complex

Sueno here:more of an area than a complex as such.

It's been built up since its inception in the 90s and is a good mixture of holiday homes and full time residential property spread over a large area of Callao Salvaje.

From Sueno Azul, it's a short walk to the centre of town where you'll find shops, supermarkets, bars and rehere some nice ones too and the beach is just a couple of minutes walk further on from the town centre.

In the western side of Sueno Azul is a swimming pool which is private, sea water, pool which has a bar area and although obviously owners and ideas change throughout the years, the last I heard was that there was a discount for residents of the area.

Callao Salvaje - The town

Although Callao Salvaje has a couple of hotels, it's mainly a residential area and has quite a few long term residents.

The town itself has a good selection of shops, smaller supermarkets, bars and restaurants and if you can't find what you need in the town, then the larger town of Adeje is just 5 minutes up the road.

The beach, Playa de Ajabo, was totally refurbished during 2011 and 2012 and reopened in 2014 and, although a volcanic sandy beach, which for some reason some people aren't keen on, is a great beach with sun-beds and parasols and the sea is quite calm thanks to a water break which was built during the beach refurbishment.
