The current owners have enjoyed the bungalow as their full time home since 2006, developing and maintaining the property and gardens to a high standard with many additional features compared to those of its neighbours.



Internally the property comprises an “L” shaped living room that defines the lounge and dining areas. There are two further double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, and second bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.



Externally the gardens and terraces wrap around three sides of the property and have mature low maintenance planted gardens and a selection of citrus trees.



To the rear of the property there is another enclosed terrace that has created a ground floor workshop / storage room.



Accessed from an external staircase at the rear of the bungalow there is a large roof top solarium that is the footprint of the property and is another area that has been extensively developed.



There are two substantial wooden pergolas; one that creates a shaded area under which to dine or relax and the second is over the bar area that has superb views of the communal swimming pool and gardens.



With water and electric supplies to the solarium, it can be utilised for cooking, dining, relaxing, sunbathing or a combination of each. Finally there is a shed which is ideal as another workshop or for storing garden furniture and cushions when they are not being used such as through the colder winter months.



The property benefits air conditioning, mains gas powered central heating and hot water, mosquito screens, ceiling fans, alarm system, fibre optic internet connection, an underground parking space and communal swimming pool and gardens.



The beaches of Mojácar, Garrucha and Vera are only 15 minutes drive away and the local village of Los Gallardos 2 minutes.



Los Gallardos has a variety of bars and restaurants providing both traditional Spanish fare and English dishes too. With two small supermarkets and the weekly street market offering a large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables that’s the food shopping taken care of too.



The A7/E15 is close by making travelling times to Almería, Murcia and Alicante airports 45, 80 and 120 minutes respectively.



Golfers have a varied selection of courses to choose from in the area including Marina Playa on the coast, the Arizona style course at Desert Springs and the Valle del Este with 4* Hotel & Spa just a few kilometres away.



Skiing in the morning and being down on the beach in the afternoon is possible with Sierra Nevada ski resort being only approximately 2½ hours away and in recent years has grown in popularity with some of the best snowfalls in Europe.



Walking, bowls and craft clubs are also plentiful so there is always something that you can get involved with should you wish to.



Los Gallardos is a popular destination for Spanish and tourists alike for the annual Three Kings celebration and re-enactment in January and also the July fiesta. The village has received considerable funding to build a new health centre, school and sports facilities with a new cultural centre recently being completed too.
